It is divided in Corso Umberto, Regina Margherita and Matteotti squares and the neighboring streets. The pedestrian zone is rich of boutiques, bars and restaurants, perfect for a walk the afternoon.
San Simplicio Church
The Basilica of San Simplicio in Olbia is the most important and ancient religious monument in the north-eastern Sardinia and a testimony to the spread of Christianity on the island.

The museum illustrates the whole story of the historical old city and the territory of Olbia, from prehistory to the nineteenth century, with particular reference to the phases Phoenician, Greek, Punic and Roman urban and port.

Porto Rotondo
It‘s a small marina village that is part of the town of Olbia and is a 15 minute drive from our Guest House. Is one of the most important realities of tourism in Sardinia. Between the Gulf of Cugnana and Marinella, as a reference point is a well-equipped port with the availability of 800 berths.
Porto Cervo
Famous holiday location, is built around the deep natural harbor, whose shape resembles a deer and dominates the headland, the curve of the port, in the countryside. The center is built on a mezzanine floor over the harbor, with its famous square, shops, boutiques, while all around restaurants, hotels, clubs and villas.
San Teodoro
A twenty minute drive from our Guest House, is a charming and very active small city. His famous Cinta beach is easily accessible on foot from the village. In summer its population increases dramatically due to a substantial flow of tourists attracted by its natural beauty and liveliness of initiatives to do.
